SHIPPING INFORMATION
We try to offer free postage 100% of the time, unfortunately this is not always possible.
Small items are posted via Royal Mail 48 to the whole of the UK. Unfortunately, delays do sometimes occur so we dispatch all items within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) to minimize any delays. 
Large items are sent tracked via courier to: UK MAINLAND ONLY. We will try to accommodate if possible to alternative UK addresses, feel free to contact us.

Claims can only be processed 14 days from dispatch meaning that no action can be taken for loss/delay before this time.


RETURNS INFORMATION
If an item needs to be returned for any reason,  the buyer has 14 days to return the item(s).
In the unlikely event that the goods prove to be faulty/damaged, please contact us via eBay message to enable us to resolve the problem. If the item is not returned within 14 days we are unable to offer a refund/replacement.
