Yamaha TZ 250/350 C/D/E rear guard

This is a faithful reproduction of the upper rear guard as fitted to the Yamaha TZ250 and Tz350 1976-1978 C,D and E chassis. Can be supplied with uncut rubber for modified swingarms on request.

Features and further details

Unlike the aluminium original, this guard has been 3D printed in PETg which means that it weighs about 2/3 of the OEM part. Otherwise it retains the aesthetic look, functional rubber guard and riveted construction.

3D printed frame in PETg, taking advantage of reduced weight over the OEM metal whilst remaining shock resistant and strong. This item is supplied in Silver PETg as standard. Alternative materials and colours also available.
Rubber flap Cut to the same profile as the OEM part using light weight 1mm thick rubber sheet.
Rivet construction provides the best compromise between strength and light weight, not to mention staying true to the OEM part.
Customisable As these are made to order, they can be customised to your taste. If you want your item customised: please specify when ordering any customisation such as material (PETg, Carbon Fibre PETg or ASA) and colour. I can also offer the rubber guard uncut if you have a different swingarm. Please note; some materials are more expensive so additional fees may apply.

Personal delivery is also possible (£20 for the first 10 miles, then £ 0.60 per mile thereafter).
