WETA: Due to customer feedback, we have updated the name of this Hobbit Hole to more accurately reflect its portrayal in the Lord of the Rings film trilogy.

Bright round doors in summery hues dot the lush, grassy hillsides of Hobbiton like wildflowers. Behind each doorway, comfortably appointed burrows wind into earth: each one home to a Hobbit, or a family of the Shire’s rosy-cheeked little-folk.

Crowned by the resplendent Bag End, Bagshot Row is dotted with a handful of more modest dwellings, bearing wreaths of flowers and painted door faces. 3 Bagshot Row is where notable occupants Samwise Gamgee and his wife Rosie Cotton reside after the War of the Ring.

Because of the relationship we have with all the production parts of the process, we access to everything from concept drawings to set plans, which is really handy when making things like Hobbit Holes.

Please note: You may see a number on your shipping carton that says "0123/1,000" - this is just the serial number of your piece in its particular production run and does not mean it's a limited edition.



  • Our pieces are Brand New and NOT seconds or returns. Items are new but packaging cannot be guaranteed to be perfect or without flaws. May be opened and inspected just to verify there are no issues with the item. We will then repack it just as the manufacturer packed it.

  • If international shipping is offered it will be provided through the Global Shipping Program through ebay except Canada which will be direct when available. PLEASE remember international options require longer ship times and possible holds by customs. This is out of our control and buyers will still be required to complete purchase regardless of this delay.
