3 Send your impression back to our lab using the enclosed address label
4 We will fabricate one guard and return to you with a stone model (for future guards) and a storage case.
When ordering, please indicate in a message what tray an upper or lower and what size impression tray you will need. The average size tray for most people is height:
5'4" and shorter --small
5'5" -5'8" Medium
5'9" and taller Large
