Here is an antique Chinese porcelain charger with painted dragon.
It measures 13 1/4" across at the handles and is 11 7/8" in diameter elsewhere.
NOTE: There are some old repaired chips as well as a small chip and some minor knicks around the edges. See pictures. There is surface scratching from use and some wear to the painted dragon.
