Hardcover books with dustjackets in very good condition.  No marks or loose pages or damage to dust jacket.  These are both vintage books in terrific condition.  A.G.L. Shaw was Professor of History at Monash University and his "Story of Australia" is still a classic general history of our country covering anthropology, literature, politics and more. Dr Manning Clark was Senior lecturer of History at Melbourne University, Professor at ANU and other universities and his often controversial "Short History of Australia" describes the evolution of Australia from pre-1788 through to the 1980s.  Both books are liberally illustrated with drawings, cartoons and photographs.  Please refer to photographs which detail all this.
