This item was in my mother's family for a long time. Due to this the item has missing paint sections, areas of rust on the bottom as well as staining across the top lid. In addition to this the edges are dent in several places from improper storage and transportation from one location to another. Some of the color on this item has also faded with time. 

The inside of the item also has marks from use, wear and age as well as some dents.
