Q1: WHY MY LIGHTS ARE SO DIM ?
A: Most of the customers responded very brightly, and there have been a few customers who were in the same situation as you, and the reaction was not very bright. Later, after we fully understood, we found that because this light bulb is LED, the voltage requirement must reach 12-36V (brightness). brighter with higher voltage), while your raw halogen bulbs only need 9V to light up.
Because we send it out after 100% inspection before delivery, it is most likely caused by the insufficient voltage of your original lamp system. It is recommended that you or go to a professional auto repair shop to change the voltage of the bulb system, so that the lights can run brighter.
Q2: WHY THEY CANNOT BE LIGHTENED ?
A:This happens because your original halogen car lights have no positive and negative poles, but this is an LED light, which has positive and negative poles. A small number of customers (such as your car) happen to have the opposite positive and negative poles of our lights, which leads to non-lighting.
Don't worry, this situation is very easy to solve! You only need to lead a wire out of the positive and negative poles and reverse them to make the light bright. If you can't operate it yourself, we suggest that you can go to a professional auto repair shop to modify it, thank you!
