*We can only print as good as the image we receive, for best results please forward the image to us at 300dpi and in PNG, JPEG, GIF or PDF format (colours may also vary slightly). If we cannot guarantee a satisfactory print from the file you have provided, we will advise you and, we will happily cancel the order for you, if need be.

Machine washable

To washing: turn inside out, wash in cold water. Best to air dry or tumble dry cool.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item however personalised items are not covered by this policy unless faulty as they cannot be resold.
Faulty items will only be replaced or refunded once returned. Return postage is paid by the buyer and will be refunded for any faulty items.

Please be aware that personalised items are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations. However if we have made a mistake with your personalisation details we will offer you a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer at no cost to you. Please be aware that we copy & paste what is given to us so please check all spellings and Capitals. The above does not affect your statutory rights. As personalised items are made, personalised or customised specifically for you, they can't be resold and they are not usually possible to return unless faulty and are exempt from return policies. Postage costs to be paid by buyer and are non-refundable (we recommend sending recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for missing/lost returns). Your right to return the goods to us will not apply if: - Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they have not been returned with the original packaging. - If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production. - You have disposed of the item you have an issue with - The item is a perishable item that has been consumed/disposed of. Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm) and details to be printed. You should expect to receive it two or three days after dispatch.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
