• Basic socket set or spanners

• Wire cutters/strippers (if needed)

• Zip ties or cable clips for tidy routing

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Disconnect the battery to ensure safety while working with electrical components.

2. Locate your existing headlight connectors — typically behind the headlight units. Unplug them carefully.

3. Mount the relays and fuse holder from the new loom in a dry, accessible location near the battery or inner wing.

4. Connect the loom’s power wire directly to the battery positive terminal. Ensure the inline fuse is secure.

5. Attach the earth wire to a clean, solid grounding point on the chassis or battery negative terminal.

6. Plug the new loom’s headlight connectors into your existing headlight bulbs — match left and right sides accordingly.

7. Route the wiring neatly along the engine bay using zip ties or clips. Avoid sharp edges and hot surfaces.

8. Reconnect the battery and test your headlights — you should see brighter output and reduced flicker.

9. Final check: Ensure all connections are secure, wires are tidy, and relays click when headlights are switched on.
