We work process and ship order every day Monday - Friday. (excluding bank holidays).

Our order cut off time is 13:00 pm, any order placed before time will ship on the day, orders placed after 13:00 pm will ship on the next working day.

We offer free delivery on all of our products.

The main courier are Royal Mail Most orders are send via Royal Mail 24 or 48, in most cases these will arrive between 2-3 working days.

If the Product you have purchased is faulty or it is not as we describe it, then within 30 days of the day of its delivery you may exercise the right for a refund.

Products should be returned in (or with) their original packaging.

All items sold are new unless stated.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.

If the item is delivered broken or not fit for purpose we will refund you in full and pay for the postage to send the item back.

If the item is no longer wanted we will refund you in full but you are responsible for the returning the item and its cost to do so.
