RETURNS
We accept returns for most items within 30 days after the purchase date.
If the item is eligible for return, it must be initiated within this time period.

By requesting an exchange or return, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
- This fee will cover what we originally paid to ship the item to the buyer & any other fees that may have been charged to the seller.
HARD PARTS
- Items must be in new condition, no returns are accepted on used, opened, damaged or installed items.
- Products that show any signs of installation or wear will NOT be accepted.
- Item must be returned in its original packaging with all contents included
APPAREL & ACCESSORIES
- All helmets, Apparel & Accessories must be sent back in its original bag and box
- ALL tags must still be attached and must include all accessories & contents that came within the packaging.
- If any contents or packaging is missing, it will NOT be eligible for return
NON-RETURNABLE:
- Electrical parts & components (i.e. Stators, Starters, CDI/ ECU, Regulators) are NOT returnable
- Any products / items that have been used, modified, installed or shows ANY sign of wear.
- Any products that have broken seals or has evidence of tampering
- NO Chemicals, Lubricants, Oils or Sprays are returnable
