Good condition; edges are slightly irregular, since they were cut out by hand with a scissors, and have noticeable wear (see pictures). The item is NOT folded along the stair edges.
Can be used with Dungeons and Dragons or similar role-playing games, in collage art, or in a dollhouse. No, I did not break up the set to make more money selling parts; I'm keeping most of the set, and selling parts of it.
