SpectraCoat™ ES02-WF powder coating system. American-manufactured and custom built to order for unrivaled industrial performance, featuring the state of the art VectorWave™ board, designed, and manufactured by Powder System Solutions. It boasts a full 0-100 KV adjustable gun output with the simplicity of use and outstanding performance expected from an authentic PSS powder coating system. This model now comes standard with the patented electronic VectorWave™ board to help combat Faraday Cage Effect. An industry first, the VectorWave™ board produces a perfect transfer of powder coating paint to problematic Faraday Cage areas including tight corners and concave surfaces. With the revolutionary VectorWave™ board enabled, the gun output voltage will automatically cycle through a user defined and selected KV range creating a barrage of unlike charged powder particles thereby eliminating like-charged powder particle repulsion. On VectorWave™ board equipped units, this feature doubles as a multiple coat setting for top coating purposes.
Unlike the ES02-WP, this package provides constant fluidization right out of the box. The purpose of fluidization is two fold. First, it allows powder coatings to easily be transported from the hopper to the gun with a high degree of uniformity and consistency. Second, fluidization serves to precondition the powder, breaking up agglomerations, removing absorbed moisture, and improving the handling and flow of the material.
The freshly redesigned ES-02 controller has two air regulators with built in gauges. The main air regulator is standard Feed Air and the second air regulator is Dosage Air. Since this package comes standard with a 2 LB constant fluidizing hopper and machined aluminum powder pump, a fluidizing hopper regulator kit is also included to allow for control of Fluidizing Pressure to the hopper base. This system comes with a hopper style gun.
