* The OEM seal had a couple adhesive strips on the inside corner that this one does not have. We recommend using some 3M Automotive Weatherstrip Sealant to secure the corner of this aftermarket seal in place.

Rubber weatherstrips dry out overtime and then become brittle and break off or shrink allowing wind noise as well as water and dirt to get inside. New retaining clips are built into the weatherstrip.
