One Hella Bulb 90mm Rear Fog lamp
These are the round lamp used on the back of Bailey Caravans
The RED Bottom right one does FOG light.
These are clipped in use a screw driver from the bottom of the lamp to prize out the lamp.

To remove bulb:
Bulb holder uses a securing system similar to Kilner/Grolsch bottle
Unclip metal bar from locater, lift and remove bulb holder from lamp, remove lamp, remove bulb, refit bulb, refit bulb holder, secure metal bar to locator on back of lamp.
