In the middle is like a phone dial with:
1 (with qz); 2 (with abc); 3 (with def);
4 (with ghi); 5 (with jkl); 6 (with mno);
7 (with prs); 8 (with tuv); 9 (with wxy);
clear; 0 (with *#); alpha/dial

On the right are: YES; NO; BACK; e (...rest of the word is worn off)

It could use a better cleaning :-)

We basically plugged it in.
The LED screen first said: 87031.
Then it said: 31# 23 20000 inINCASH.

That was the extent of the test.
It will be an as is sale.
