Wooden snowman hangs from wooden banner proclaiming, "Let It Snow." Snowflakes and holly leaves are painted on the banner. Mr. Snowman has a black hat and a black and red cloth scarf. 12.75 inches high (from top of banner to bottom of snowman) and 10 inches across.
I do not know the origin of this item but it appears to have been hand made. Ready to hang. Very good condition! There is an area at edge of scarf that looks like the paint may have smudged a little when it was still wet.
