Before putting goodies in, insert some magazines or newspaper in to hold a good shape.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

Order will be dispatch in 48h with "Royal mail 2nd Class" (Monday to Friday).

Normally, the order will be delivered within 3-5 working days after despatch, but in case of any postage delay we kindly request a waiting period of at least 15 working days to consider it as lost in transit then we would send a replacement. Should this occur closer to Christmas, we would send a replacement (for none personalised items) sooner to ensure you have it on Christmas day but would request the duplicate is returned to us when it arrives.

Our standard delivery service Royal Mail 2-nd class is FREE of charge. We do offer a Royal Mail 24hr service which you can select when purchasing your gift. Please note however Royal Mail's 24-hour service isn't guaranteed the next working day, they aim to deliver within 1-2 days.

Items which are ordered over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Please note orders may not be shipped on time if we need to contact you to check any information sent to us or if we are waiting for your personalised information.

We accept payments by PayPay & Credit/Debit Cards.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Returns on PERSONALISED items are NOT accepted unless there is a fault with the item.

If you are not happy with your item, please return in the original packaging and unused within 7 days.

The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return.

Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made.

Postage and packaging will NOT be refunded.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, please return it to us within 7 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement. Including postage and packaging.

When returning an item please put a note with the fault or the reason for return and your Ebay order ID and Surname to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible.
