Satay is a term for grilled meat skewers. originated from the island of
Java or the island of Sumatra in Indonesia And has gained popularity throughout

satay uses beef and goat meat. because it comes from Muslim culture But in
Thailand, it is popular to eat pork satay.

1. Pork Satay or Chicken Satay
Method :
Dissolve satay marinade (Pack A)
with 1/4 cup (60 ml.) of coconut milk and mix with pork or chicken. finely cut
into pieces 1/2 kg. Marinate for 1 hour.
Marinate pork or chicken skewers and
grill over medium heat until cooked.
2. Satay Sauce
Method :
Pour satay sauce powder (Pack B)
into a container, add 3/4 cup (180 ml) coconut milk and 1 tablespoon vegetable
oil, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until beginning to crack (about 5
minutes).
3. Nam Ajad
Method :
Mix 4 tablespoons of vinegar, 5
tablespoons of sugar, and 3/4 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil until the sugar
is completely dissolved. Lift and let cool. Slice cucumbers, capsicum and
shallots in a bowl. Then pour the prepared Ajad water.
