To adjust the belt, there is lacing in the back, and straps in the front with three holes for adjustment (the distance between the holes is 1").
D E T A I L S 🔍
We use only one-piece Genuine Leather with a thickness of about 1/6” (3.5-4 mm), dense and soft at the same time.
The belt is fastened with 2️⃣ antique buckles in the front and is additionally adjustable in size thanks to the lacing in the back. This belt measures 16 cm (6,3 in) in height in wider parts at the front and at the 13.5cm (5,1 in) back.
Manufacturing process🛠️
According to the patterns developed in a special program, I mark the outline of the parts and holes for punching. There are 1️⃣2️⃣ leather parts in this belt. I cut out each part by hand with a special knife, then punch holes for stitching parts and holes for adjusting the belt with a punch.
On all parts of the belt, I treat the ends with a waterproof solution and polish. In the last stage, I manually sew all the parts in the necessary sequence with two needles and a 1 mm thick thread. And finally, the belt is ready✅.
