Tighten and remove valves for cleaning and maintenance and replacing silicone seals. The hinged handle can be used to clamp down on SiTech Inflation and Dump Valves to tighten or loosen for cleaning. The top of the tool rolls for fitting new silicone neck seals into position(Quick Neck & Neck Tite System) and the heel of the tool has prying tools to remove cuff seal rings(QCS Oval system).
