All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of when the order is placed, and upon receiving payment from the customer.
Shipments and deliveries will not occur over the weekends or holidays. If shipping delays or complications occur, the customer will be the first to know.
Additional Fees
Fagen Fighters Restoration provides the initial shipping cost on all invoices, but sometimes carries add-on chargers (handling, adjustments, taxes, etc.) throughout the shipping process. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damage and Lost Packages
Fagen Fighters Restoration takes pride in packaging items safely and secure. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your package damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. During the claim process, let our team know, and we will help take the necessary steps to move forward in resolving the problem.
