Envelope is FAIR-GOOD condition with soiling, some edge and corner wear, opened fairly neatly at right with small tear at lower right and slight reduction. Letterhead is EX condition with normal mailing folds. I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we must use. Shipping is $3.45 in the U.S.
