Ulmo honey is produced by bees collecting nectar from the flowers of the Ulmo tree. The Ulmo is a tree that grows in native forests in the South of Chile, it is usually found in the Region of Los Ríos and in the Region of Los Lagos and is characterized by having a very striking and fragrant white flower. This translates into an aromatic and intensely floral honey.

However, our honey differs from others due to the geographical conditions in which it is collected. This occurs at the foot of the Puntiagudo Volcano, a place that is impossible to access by land, it can only be reached by lake. This allows the place to be free of contamination due to human intervention.
