HEADS UP!!! PLEASE MEASURE THE STAIRCASE BEFORE YOU MAKE THE PURCHASE BECAUSE HEADBOARD IS 60" HIGH AND COMES IN ONE PIECE. IF NEEDED WE CAN ADJUST THE HEIGHT OF HEADBOARD. WE MAKE THESE BEDS ON ORDER AND WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURN IF THE BED IS TOO BIG TO FIT.

RETURN ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY, WE AIM TO MAKE CUSTOMER 100% SATISFIED & HAPPY BUT UNLIKELY IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH ITEM THEN YOU CAN RETURN BUT ITEM SHOULD BE UNUSED & IN IT'S ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. RETURN CHARGES WILL BE PAID BY THE BUYER UNLESS ITEM IS DAMAGE OR WRONG ITEM IS DELIVERED.

PLEASE REPORT ANY DAMAGES WITHIN 24 HOURS. DAMAGED ITEMS OR PARTS WILL BE REPLACED BY US FREE OF CHARGE.
