This listing is for the Intellivision game - Dracula. The game comes complete with cartridge, box, and two overlay cards, but the book is missing. I'd rate the condition of the cart as 8/10, and the box as 5/10 (scruffy and quite squashed, especially the upper flap, but the box is still functional). The game worked many years ago but I have not tested it recently. (I no longer have an Intellivision console). But there is no reason why it should not work.
