This listing is for the Intellivision game - Bowling. The game is comes complete with cartridge, instruction manual, and box, and two inlay cards. I'd rate the condition of the cart as 8/10, the book as 8/10, and the box as 7/10 (the lower flap is quite squashed, but box is still functional). The game worked many years ago but I have not tested it recently. (I no longer have an Intellivision console). But there is no reason why it should not work.
