Q & A:
Question1:
Tried to download the app its all in chinese i cannot get this to work
Answer1:
Hi, pls scan the QR code, or go to the AppStore, enter "BLEDIM" in the search, then download & install it. When you download the APP, the page maybe in Chinese if your phone is Android, but after you installed the APP, it will set in English itself automatically.
Question2:
Halo cannot work properly
Answer2:
Pls DO NOT connect the positive of the halo(RED wire) to the battery directly. It should connect to the ACC+ in the fuse box. This way, the halo's power will totally cut off when the vehicle is off. So the halo will never turn on when the vehicle was off.
Question3:
Cannot get the Bluetooth to stay connected
Answer3:
The Bluetooth should stay connected unless the power is off or the App is closed. You can try to close the controller box or try to change the controller box position to see how it works.
