We inspect all items to ensure quality before shipping them. Please contact us through eBay messaging if you have any questions.
Payment:
We accept PayPal and most credit cards.
Shipping:
We ship all orders within 24 hours. For rush service, please select the appropriate shipping service when checking out and message us through eBay messages so we may ensure same-day shipping, if before 1 PM EST.
International buyers: During checkout, eBay will calculate and add the shipping fees and the estimated import charges so your order may reach its destination without any problems. Also, please allow 4 to 5 weeks before receiving your order.
Returns:
If you are somehow not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery for a full refund. The item(s) must be in the exact same condition as when first shipped and preferably in the same packaging. Please include the packing slip in the return.
Customer service:
Your satisfaction is our priority! We give positive feedback to all our customers and would greatly appreciate if you could return the favor. If, for any reason, you feel unable to do so, please contact us through eBay messaging instead of leaving negative feedback so we may resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
