Old unmarked but probably Made in Germany around 1900 Victorian Lady dressed and child in wood with 2 angels tending a fire portrait porcelain bowl.  It is 2 1/4" at the highest and 8 1/2" across the longest.  No chips or cracks.  Some very slight wear and certainly nothing distracting.
