This rare copy has a mostly intact book jacket cover that was wrapped in a kind of cellophane protector. Stained slightly in the back spine and inscribed by a former owner.

I have never seen another copy as nice as this one. Hopefully these photos will serve as a record at least to people curious what the book jacket looked like originally.
