These Industrial style towel rails are perfect for industrial and rustic style home, restaurant, or bar interiors. These towel holders are perfect for anyone looking to achieve the urban industrial look and feel in their property.

Towel rails are about 7-8cm hight.

Towel holders comes fully assemble; all you need to do is fix it in place. It is easy to install by screwing the flanges to a wall.

This product is supplied without fixings.

 

Rail Finish Colour:

Grey (self colour) towel rails are not suitable for a wet room, as cast iron tend to rust in the room with a higher moisture.

To reduce the risk of corrosion, you can purchase powder coated towel rail (in black or silver).

Towel rail sizes can be different (2-10mm), please allow a small degree of variance in pipe height due to the nature of threaded products.

WHAT IS POWDER COATING?

The powder coating finish is a fine powder that's applied electrostatically to the surface of the metal in the form of a powder and baked at high temperature, bonding to the surface of the metal.
Powder coating is significantly more resistant to cracking, peeling, chipping, abrasion and rust compared to painting. While it isn't indestructible, it is highly durable, retains colour and gloss, goes on uniformly, has excellent UV stability and it's far more environmentally friendly option then traditional liquid paint, the only downside being the higher cost. This solution is highly recommended for areas of high humidity such as wet rooms and shower rooms.

Towel holders will be dispatch with Royal mail 48h. 

Normally, the order will be delivered within 2-3 working days after despatch, but in case of any postage delay we kindly request a waiting period of at least 15 working days to consider it as lost in transit then we would send a replacement.

Our delivery service is FREE of charge. We do offer a Royal Mail 1st class service which you can select when purchasing your gift. Please note however Royal Mail's 1day service isn't guaranteed the next working day, they aim to deliver within 1-2 days.

Please note orders may not be shipped on time if we need to contact you to check any information sent to us.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you are not happy with your item, please return in the original packaging and unused within 7 days.

The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return. Postage and packaging will NOT be refunded.

Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, please return it to us within 7 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement. Including postage and packaging.

When returning an item please put a note with the fault or the reason for return and your Ebay order ID and Surname to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible.
