These pants have a  1 1/2" elastic waistband with no belt loops and just pull on.  They have hidden functional pockets in the side seams with button closures. The back has standard functional pockets with one metal accent on the right pocket corner.  The waistband measures 54" and stretch to approx. 60".  The hips measure approximately 62" and the inseam measures 19.5". From the crotch to the top of the front of the waistband measures 15" and the back from the crotch to the top of the back of the waistband measures 21.5".  These pants are jet black in color and have a seam 3 1/2" above the hem of the leg to look cuffed. The opening at the ends of the legs measures 20" wide and they look wide leg.  They are made of 65% cotton, 32% nylon and 3% elastane. These pants are machine wash/tumble dry and are stiff like new.
