This 112-page Christmas project book measures 8.5 x 11"; all pages are project patterns, instructions and good-sized and full-color photos of finished projects. Book appears to have not been used with tight covers and pages. Pages are light ivory in color with a bit of exposure/age toning along page margins, rather a soft paper, not slick or heavy. Covers with tiny soil, pages clean; covers are slick, heavy paper, book is bound like magazine, not stapled. Light wear on cover edges and tip points, there is a 3" shallow crease on back cover at lower tip. Front cover with few line indents showing when tilted, back cover with only few quite shallow line indentations. Slight wear/peel at spine ends; no opening crease, small title on spine.

Quite clever items to make which you can change many ways for your decor, supplies-on-hand or gift giving.
