COPPER MOON COFFEE is the roaster, we recommend making sure you purchase from us as the seller as well.  If you purchase from us as the seller as opposed to a 3rd party the product will be fresh.  We roast and package fresh coffee daily and after shipping large bulk orders we roast fresh coffee.  While we can't quote the exact best by date on the carton you will receive, we can assure you that the product you receive will be fresh. We have a special process that removes the oxygen from our K-cups and our bagged coffees that helps keep the product fresh for an extended period of time.
