Terms and General

To contact us, please use eBay messaging.

As a registered business seller we will always be compliant with eBay's terms, conditions and policies.

We aim to be clear and provide all relevant information within the listing but please contact us should you require any further details.

Payment is required within 3 days of a purchase, whether Buy It Now or on an auction listing. If there is a reason why payment will not be made within 3 days then please contact us and we will endeavour to be reasonable.

We are unable to deliver to any address other than the one which eBay supply to us on completion of a sale. If a different delivery address is required then please contact us prior to making a purchase.

Returns, our policy will always be available under "seller information". This can be subject to change over time, but will correct at the time of purchase.

Non-UK purchases. Normally we use eBay's Global Shipping Programme/Priority Shipping. Occasionally we will offer a different service and if so, this will be advertised with the listing. Please note, we are unable to combine shipping for international deliveries after a purchase has been made. Any customer wishing combined shipping for non-UK deliveries should contact us prior to purchase.

Combined shipping is usually possible for UK deliveries. Please contact us prior to purchase.

It is of the utmost importance to us that any purchaser is satisfied with their experience. If there is anything that is detrimental to this then please contact us and we will do whatever we can to recover this.
