Shipping Policy
BatteryCentre offers a FREE USPS SHIPPING on all domestic orders. Priority Shipping options are also available at additional cost.

Orders may take up to 48 hours (Mon-Fri) to be dispatched. In most cases, orders are dispatched on the same business day that an order was placed. This handling time is completely independent of the Shipping Time; therefore, to estimate the total delivery time, please refer to the following calculation:
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time
Please note that weekends and the Federal Holidays do not take into account of the Delivery time.

Return Policy
We want to make the return and refund hassle-free. Within 14 days that you have received the product(s), you may choose to return the product(s) for a full refund, exchange or replacement. After 14 days of receipt and under the 1-year warranty, you may return the product(s) for replacement only if product(s) were found defective (excluding phenomenon of wear and tear).
