which allows you to choose from an authentic

Sandstone or Bath Stone finish

Both Dressed Sandstone & Bath Stone are the top Two Dressed Stone finishes used on the Full Size Large Affluent Houses/Properties so this makes them an ideal choice if you are Cladding a Large Dolls House

THIS GIVES YOU THE OPTION OF 2 DIFFERENT FINISHES IN ONE PRODUCT!!

All our Versi Products are Handmade using a High Quality card Coated with REAL Brick & Stone Dust to give an authentic but lightweight Finish to your Model

Each Slip of Versi Dressed Stone is just 0.75mm thick

and measures 20mm High x 48mm Long

Small Packs covers an area of 25 sq ins ( 5" x 5" )

 or 161 sq cm ( 13cm x 12cm )

Large Packs covers an area of 100 sq ins ( 10" x 10" )

 or 645 sq cm ( 26cm x 25cm )

They can be cut with scissors or a craft knife and stuck directly on your model

 If you wish you can paint your model first with a Cement coloured paint to give the appearance of Real Mortar Joints when you stick on your Versi Stone

Top Tip: You can even make your own Stone Cornerslips from this product for the Edges of your model

Simply lightly score the slips with a Craft Knife 20mm from the edge & fold into an L-shape, you can then stick each slip alternate ways around up the Corner edge of your model first before filling in with your Dressed Stone, this will give the appearance that your model has been built of Solid Stone Blocks!
