Items are new from an order for a 6 GPU Rig which was cancelled. I thought I had sold it until I discovered it in my storage unit. All components of the rig were fully tested and carefully stored but there may be a little dust on them through storage.
Due to the fact that this component earns money there are no returns unless D.O.A which must be reported immediately and the card returned within 24 hours for testing. All components have anti fraud labels attached which are unique and non removable

that have usually got damaged boxes or missing packaging. Stock photos may be

Refunds
Refunds
will only be given once goods are received at the return address given.
We
reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned
within 14 days of delivery.
In
order to qualify for our refunds policy, all Items must be in a re-saleable
condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and
complete with all tags and labels attached where
applicable.
We
reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in
re-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and not in a
re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your
expense.
Goods
must be returned in the condition that they were purchased.
Our
refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Exceptions
to Refund Policy
There
are exceptions to our Refunds policy for certain items. Please note this is a
non-exhaustive list (there are others that are not shown) and that these
conditions do not affect your non-excludable statutory
rights.
For
reasons of health, hygiene safety and copyright, we are unable to exchange or
refund the following products once worn or once the packaging has been opened or
damaged:

Our
cooling off period lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be
unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the exception of
personal nature/intimate items (breast pumps, hair removal, electric blankets,
parts that come into contact with the body etc.), batteries that have been
opened, DVD, Blu ray, software or anything that has access to codes or copying
etc. Clothes are accepted back only if the item is defective. It must have tags
attached where applicable and be in the original
packaging.
Electronic
returns that are reported faulty are usually processed within 2 to 3 working
days which gives us time to thoroughly test the item. Should the item not be
faulty as claimed or is determined to be down to incorrect user operation or a
lack of understanding of the working of the machine then any return fees will be
deducted from the final refund. Non electronic items will be processed within 1
to 2 working days. If the return is approved, then your refund will be
processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of
payment. Postage costs are returned only for defective items (subject to our
testing procedures).

As you haven?t been able to physically see the goods, the Distance Selling Act
states that you have a seven-day cooling off period, we offer a 14 day cooling
off period which starts from the date of receipt.
3.
Items returned under this act MUST be UNUSED and return postage must be paid for
by the buyer. Any damage or items missing from the returned item will be
deducted from the refund.
4.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable for anything except a faulty item.
No exceptions. If an exchange is requested then extra postage charges will be
applied (this would be the same price as the original postage
cost)
Even
if P&P is free the original postage cost will be deducted. If returning an
item you the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to
us. We recommend a secure method that requires a signature on delivery. Please
note the item must be in its original condition as received and unopened. Only
if the item is faulty will postal costs be reimbursed (this will be subjected to
our testing procedures).
5.
For security and health and safety reasons we will not be able to accept returns
of personal nature products that have been used unless a fault has developed
(this will be subjected to our testing procedures).
6.
Warranty will be deemed void if the item is liquid damaged, tampered with in any
way or our warranty seals are broken or tampered with.
7.
All serial numbers and warranty void label numbers are recorded against the
buyer to prevent fraud.
8.
Any glass, porcelain or ceramic products are returned at the customers own
risk.
Small print:
When a buyer places a successful bid on an item or clicks "Buy It Now", the 2 parties will have entered into a legally binding contract. The terms of the contract are set out in the seller's listing and in agreeing to buy the goods or services the buyer is accepting those terms.
Payment Policy
- Payment to be made within 7 days of the end of the auction.
- We accept payment by Paypal, cheque, postal order, bank transfer or cash on collection.
- Item will be shipped immediately on the same or next business day of receiving full payment.
Shipping Policy
- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed in the postal system as it is simply beyond our control.
- To ensure next day shipping please make payment no later than 10:30 P.M on the day of the auction.
- IMPORTANT: Any damage in transit MUST be reported in writing (via email) within 48 hours of receipt of the item
- We ship 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
- Items are not always marked as
shipped in eBay as we always ship within one business day
Returns Policy
- Any items returned which have cosmetic marks will be at the customers expense. This includes items described as ex display, used or refurbished. We are unable to specify every single cosmetic mark on the above stated products.
- Items are security marked and sealed.
- In the event of a fault the item must be reported to us within 30 days and returned within 72 hours of notification. Important: If the security seal is not intact upon return or shows signs of tampering your warranty claim will be invalidated, you will be reported to eBay and criminal proceedings may be taken against you.
- Refunds will only be offered if a replacement is not available.
- All electronic items are tested and working prior to despatch.
- Refunds are minus postage costs unless item is deemed to be faulty, in which case, postage costs will be refunded.

Should you consider leaving anything but positive feedback please contact us beforehand so that we can resolve the matter. Negative feedback impacts our business and as such we have taken steps to protect our reputation. Legal steps will be taken against any unfair feedback.
Guarantee
We offer a 30 day RTB warranty from the date of receipt for anything electronic. Postage costs between the 14 day cooling off period and the 30 day warranty are at the buyers expense. Some products may come with a manufacturer's warranty. eBay is a grey area at the moment regarding this and it is at the manufacturer's discretion whether or not they honour the warranty. We do not offer a warranty past 30 days. After the 30 day period the manufacturers warranty (if there is any) comes into force, so please be aware of this. For peace of mind there are warranties available on eBay which protect against breakdown and accidental damage.
About Us
We specialize in selling ex display, bankrupt stock, overstock, customer returns under the home approval scheme, reclaims for non payment of the finance agreement and end of line stock. All electronic items are fully tested and working unless otherwise stated. Most items are in perfect condition but to avoid misrepresentation of the product they may occasionally have minor cosmetic blemishes or imperfect boxes.
