Vintage Carriage and Horseman Lamp Hand painted in Japan. IT has great decorative painted details.  I am not sure if the cord was replaced it looks newer.  There is a crack coming up from the base were the cord comes out the side, it can be seen in the pictures, it looks like the piece could have been glued back in.  But it is a really cute lamp
