This vintage Masonic pendant from the Royal Order of Jesters, Court 116, is made of sterling silver (marked on edge) and detailed with enamel. Due to the age and wear, you should expect some evidence of handling, but no scratches, gouges, or other damage. It is still on its faded original purple ribbon.
