We have made every effort to describe our items as accurately as possible, it is up to you to decide if you can use them or not. Please ask any questions before buying or bidding.

All items are surplus inventory without any manufacturer’s certificates. These items should not be used in, or for, any active military, medical, or other life sensitive applications without proper testing prior to use. We will not export any military part numbers.

Return Policy: We are a distributor with decades of experience in the electronics and manufacturing related hardware industries. We buy and sell surplus inventories. Our ebay items are SOLD AS-IS. If we send you the wrong item, obviously we will correct the situation. We do not accept returns with one exception = if a product fails. If a product fails you must be able to provide a test report stating the exact failure within 14 days of receipt. For tools, any warranty claims should be directed to the original manufacturer only. There are NO exceptions to this policy! 

Shipping, Domestic: ALL items are shipped within 24 business hours of cleared payment, Mon-Fri. After shipping, USPS takes an average of 3-4 days to deliver 1st class mail. Ebay estimates 3-7 days to the 48 states. Depending on weather, your location, or other unforeseen circumstances, your item may take longer to reach you. It does happen sometimes. If more than 8 days have passed and you think there is a problem, please look up the tracking number emailed to you and consult your local post office before contacting us or opening a case. Once the package is in the possession of the carrier there is not much we can do. UPS shipping available in most cases for an extra cost.

Combined Shipping: Due to the wide variety of items we offer at low prices we cannot set up a general rule in Ebay to automatically give shipping discounts, we need to do it manually on a per order basis. If you purchase a variety of items you should wait for us to send you a revised invoice BEFORE making any payments. We will try and send a revised invoice asap, although there will be a delay on the weekend. If you choose to not wait and pay the full price for shipping on multiple items that is up to you, however we will not refund any amount AFTER you make your payment. We are a real brick and mortar company, keeping track of and refunding partial funds is too taxing on our accounting system. Shipping discounts not available on items listed with free shipping.

Due to the continued increase in costs of doing business, such as the final value fee increases by Ebay Managed Payments (which we were forced to adopt) and the significant postage increases by USPS, (which we hear may soon get even worse) we have had to finally raise our shipping costs. Through several cost increases over the years we always kept our pricing the same to you however we have been actually losing money on shipping for a while now and simply can no longer allow it. At this rate, the future many of us thought was going to inevitably happen in a few decades actually will happen much sooner. Everyone will be buying everything from just one giant company. A company who loses BILLIONS of dollars on shipping costs each year. Small companies like us wont be able to exist or compete. The fact that China can mail an E-Packet of counterfeit parts cheaper than I can mail something to my neighbor is still a MASSIVE blow to the small businesses in this and other countries. Please keep that in mind people...... dont let cost be your only determining factor in your purchases.
