Do check your order after as on rare occasions this feature doesn't send the details, in which case you will need to send us the details via eBay message. We will notify you if this happens and If we do not hear back within 2 days, your order will be sent without personalisation.
Delivery Info
Securely packed, we aim to dispatch all orders same day before our cut off time [9:00am] from Monday - Friday. Our office will be closed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Deliveries are sent through Royal Mail by 2nd Class with the option to upgrade to 1st Class at checkout. Please allow up to 5 extra working days during busy times of the year.
To be more eco-friendly, pending orders from our shops under Styra Ltd will be merged and sent together if the delivery details match.
Returns and Refunds
We offer 100% satisfaction or your money back. If you are unhappy or there is a problem with your order, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
- Please contact us first, there is no need to send the item back.
- We can not replace / refund cards if the error was made by the customer.
- If needed, replacements are sent free of charge.
