This is a Fiesta Lights/String of Lights holiday ornament from 2015 featuring the iconic dancing lady in a slate skirt. The factory sold it as slate, though actually it seems to look more like sage in some lighting conditions. The ornament measures approximately 3 inches in diameter and is brand new in its original packaging. Thanks and happy dishing! [Ref-A19]
