21 x 2.15 Chrome Front Wheel Harley Shovelhead FL 1973-1984 chopper 3/4 axle

This 21 x 2.15 inch front wheel is laced, trued and ready to run! Can be uséd on all Harley-Davidson FL model Shovelheads, 1973 through 1984, as well as custom applications with a 3/4 inch front axle. This is a dual flange wheel, which means it can be run as a spool wheel (no brakes) as well as single or dual rotors. These high-quality wheels feature a Harley-Davidson style drop-center steel rim, chrome spokes and tapered wheel bearings. The tapered, 3/4 inch ID (inside diameter) bearings are the same style as stock H-D for easy future maintenance.

• Complete 21 x 2.15 inch front wheel
• Can be uséd on Harley-Davidson FL Shovelheads 1973-1984, plus custom applications (Not for use on Narrow Glide front ends or FX models, the hub is too wide)
• Chrome hub, rim and spokes
• Tapered bearings for 3/4 inch axle
• Uses a 10" rotor
• Dual 7/16" holes for the brake disc bolts. The center hole for the disc measures 1.9"
• The flange width outside to outside is 6-1/4"
  the distance from the inside of the hub to the outside of the flange is 1-3/4" on both sides.

Notes: 

• When replacing a 19 inch wheel with a 21 inch wheel proper clearance between the spokes and the brake caliper must be verified. If the spokes and brake caliper make contact, custom shallow-back brake calipers must be uséd.
• Spoked wheels do require a tube and rim strip.

Chopper Tip: It is easy to run a wheel with 3/4" bearings on a front end with a 5/8" axle, such as a vintage Harley 45 Springer. That is why we make SKU 016575 Wheel Bearing Adapter Tophats that reduce the inside of the 3/4" bearings down to 5/8". They simply slip inside the wheel bearing and are a perfect fit for the 5/8" axle. Problem solved!
