If you choose to ship US Postal Service we will not be held responsible if the item is damaged or parts are missing or it only gets half way to it's final destination and stops moving or gets lost. There has been a lot of problems in the past when shipping with them. So ship US Postal Service at your own risk and don't hold us responsible or leave negative feedback because they can't get your package to you on time!!!

- Returns must be in the exact same condition as received.
- Return authorization required for all returns.
- Return authorization request must be received within 14 days of purchase.
- Items returned without authorization will be refused.
- Returns must be received by us within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Returns due to our error or on products that are defective from the manufacturer will gladly be returned or exchanged without a restocking fee.
- Original shipping cost is not reimbursed. THIS MEANS: Even If the item we shipped to you had free shipping offered obviously shipping is not free for us or anybody. So the amount of the original shipping we had to pay to get the item to you will also be withheld from your refund.
