The item was removed from a 2015 CHEVY SILVERADO. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR VEHICLE'S PART NUMBER MATCHES THE ONE PROVIDED. ebay's compatibility is for refernce only.
  • SOME OF ECU MIGHT REQUIRE REPROGRAMMING.
  • Please make sure that your vehicle part number matches to the one provided with the item (if it is provided), otherwise contact your local dealer to make sure the item fits you vehicle.

RETURN

  • If you are not a 100% satisfied with our product, you can return it within 30 days from the date the item was delivered.
  • Upon receipt of the item, it will be inspected by our team and only if it is still in its original packaging with receipt attached, undamaged in any way and if it remains unused in perfect condition as it was delivered, will be accepted.
  • The return shipping will be paid by the buyer, unless for the buyer has received an incorrect order.
  • The refund could be of money or replacement of the item with the same or different item, if that same item is not in stock. The price difference will be paid by the buyer for the new item if not of the same price.
  • We do not accept returns from international orders.

WARRANTY
  • We provide a 30 day warranty for all items.
  • Please keep your invoice safe to validate the warranty.
  • If the item failed due to manufacturing error, we provide replacement, if we do not have one in stock we will do full payment refund once we receive our item back.
  • We do not provide warranty for labor related defects. We do not provide warranty for items sold as damaged or for parts.
  • For the used items expect some wear and tear due to usage.
  • We will ask you for the description of the problem with our item and photographs, once we review the problem we will give you a final decision.
  • Upon receiving the item, we expect to be in clean perfect condition. Dirty or stained item with dirt, blood or unidentified substance will be charged $30 for cleaning fee. The returned item should include a note explaining the problem and marked with adhesive tape the area of defect. It will be reviewed by our team and if not considered defective it will be returned to buyer at their expense or discarded if they do not wish to receive it. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the item.
