Published by Hodder & Stoughton Publishers, London. Copyright 1906 Doubleday, Page and Co. It is unclear whether this is a first edition? 

The book is well worn with part of the front and back cover separating from the binding. However all of the pages are intact. There is yellowing to the pages and staining on the front and back covers.
