We offer Free Standard Shipping for all UK buy it now orders and aim to dispatch same day (Mon-Fri) via Royal Mail 2nd Class (Royal Mail 48) delivery on all orders placed before 1 pm.  

The estimated delivery timescale for Royal Mail 2nd Class (Royal Mail 48) is between 2-5 working days but we do also offer an express Next Day Delivery option which can be selected for applicable items during Checkout. 

For International Orders we also usually use Royal Mail's Standard International service, depending on the size and weight of the item, with an estimated delivery timescale of 3-10 working days. An Express International option can also usually be made available upon request. 

Please note the vast majority of deliveries fall within the estimated timescales above but unfortunately there can occasionally be delays within the postal service outside of our control so please allow up to 7 working days for standard UK deliveries and 15 working days for International items before getting in touch.

We only accept PayPal. All major debit and credit cards are accepted via PayPal.

We offer a 30 Day Returns Policy on all of our fixed price Buy it Now items so if you are unhappy with your item or change your mind you can return it to us providing the item and its packaging are in original, unused and unregistered, condition fit for resale.

All returns must be returned carriage paid and the purchase price will be refunded in the same method as original payment was made.

In the unlikely event there is a problem with your purchase once you've received it please make sure to get in touch within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the situation for you.

We want all of our customers to be happy with the item and the service provided by our store, and we are willing to address all issues as long as we have been made aware by the buyer. 

If you intend to leave a Negative / Neutral Feedback or low scores for any of the categories in the feedback area, please make sure you contact us first to provide us a chance to resolve any issues which you might have with your item.
